Join us for a presentation on how we develop slouching habits and how to combat them at this guided posture clinic. Susan Green B.Sc. will share knowledge and gentle chair exercises that can help with posture, pain, stress, tension, and mobility. Participation in the exercises is entirely optional and modifications will be offered to allow for individuals with differing levels of mobility to participate.
