The eagerly awaited Chemong Lake Triathlon is set to take place on Sunday, August 11, 2024, at the picturesque Ennismore Waterfront Park, located at 1085 Ennis Road in Ennismore, Ontario. This grass-roots triathlon promises a unique and enjoyable experience for participants of all ages and skill levels.

Whether you're a seasoned triathlete or trying your first race, the Chemong Lake Triathlon offers something for everyone. The event features a variety of race options, including the Try-a-Tri, Sprint Triathlon, Duathlon, and a Team Relay Sprint Triathlon. It’s an excellent opportunity for families, friends, and individuals to engage in a healthy, active lifestyle while enjoying the beautiful surroundings of Chemong Lake.

Race Day Schedule:

• 8:00 AM: Race day check-in begins
• 9:00 AM: Try-a-Tri
• 10:30 AM: Relay, Sprint Tri & Duathlon

Race Categories and Fees:

• Try-a-Tri (ages 11 and older): 300m swim, 10km bike, 3km run - $85
• Sprint Triathlon (ages 12 and older): 750m swim, 20km bike, 5km run - $90
• Duathlon (ages 12 and older): 3km run, 20km bike, 5km run - $90
• Team Relay Sprint Triathlon (ages 12 and older) (2 or 3 members): 750m swim, 20km bike, 5km run - $100

*Note: Race fees will increase by $10.00 on July 1st. This race is non-refundable. Bibs may be exchanged or transferred.*

Participants and spectators alike will have the opportunity to enjoy a fun-filled day at Ennismore Waterfront Park. The event not only promotes physical fitness but also supports a great cause. Funds raised from the triathlon will benefit the Rotary Club of Bridgenorth-Ennismore-Lakefield, helping to support their various community projects.
