Join us in the Community Hall at our Bridgenorth branch for a fitness class specially designed for seniors! Certified fitness instructor Karie Janssen will lead participants through a series of exercises designed to help increase strength, taking into account each person's particular needs. The fitness portion of the class will be 45 minutes long, followed by hydration/snack time.
